What “pay” includes

2024 reportable compensation was $842,739: $585,874 base pay, $250,057 bonus/incentive pay and $6,808 other reportable compensation. Another $347,139 comprised retirement/deferred compensation and nontaxable benefits. The Schedule J total of $1,189,878 is not a cash-salary figure. Schedule J

What the comparison means

Reportable compensation rose 41.6% between 2022 and 2024, spanning a promotion. Annual surplus fell 61.1% over those years but increased 81.6% from 2023 to 2024. Net assets rose from $548.2 million in 2022 to $606.1 million in 2024.
